You may use the public website and Coach only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Coach helps users turn plain-language workout ideas into structured workouts, edit them, save them, and optionally send them to Garmin.

Coach is a software tool for planning and workflow support. It is not medical advice, coaching certification, or a guarantee of training outcomes.

Coach uses OpenAI to help generate workout drafts from user prompts.

AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific athlete or situation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving workouts before relying on them or sending them to Garmin.

Garmin connectivity is optional and requires you to authorize the integration through Garmin OAuth.

If you choose to connect Garmin, you authorize littlefrogprojects to store and use the Garmin tokens needed to create or schedule workouts on your behalf.

Garmin’s own terms, platform rules, and service availability also apply to Garmin-connected functionality.

You may not use the service to violate law, interfere with the product, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected functionality, or abuse rate-limited endpoints.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused or if doing so is necessary to protect the product or other users.

We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service over time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every Garmin device or account state, or permanent retention of every feature exactly as it exists today.

The littlefrogprojects website, Coach, and related branding, software, and materials remain the property of littlefrogprojects or its licensors.

You retain rights in the prompts and workout content you provide, subject to the rights needed for us and our service providers to operate the product.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, littlefrogprojects is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
